UPDATE: Judge David Certo will conduct the swearing-in ceremony at 1:00pm in the City-County Council Office on the second floor of the City-County Building.
Precinct committeemen gathered yesterday evening to choose a new City-County Councillor At-Large. Congratulations to Mr. Angel Rivera, the committeemen’s choice to fill the seat left by Kent Smith, who resigned to take a full-time position with the Indiana National Guard.
